BAND PASS

LOW PASS

HIGH PASS

Bandpass filters with very broad passbands are formed by cascading individual highpass and lowpass filters using either Suspended Substrate or at lower frequencies, lumped element technology. By cascading additional lowpass filters, ultra wide stopbands up to 40GHz are achievable.

Our filters can be designed to have very broad passbands with low insertion loss and VSWR, and stopbands with high attenuation. Teledyne Defence & Space has numerous designs covering the DC to 40GHz frequency range.

BAND STOP

EQUALIZER

Band stop filters are often used in receiver front-ends to reject unwanted signals transmitted from other equipment. Our range of fixed and tunable notch filters are available in the frequency range 10MHz to 40GHz. High attenuation in the notch is achieved with minimum impact on the usable passband bandwidth.

Equalizers are often used for such applications as cable loss compensation in the frequency range 500MHz to 40GHz. We use resonant sections to realise a range of differential responses and achieve low residual loss at higher frequency within an extremely small size. We can offer designs with input and output matched.
