Teledyne Defence & Space (TDS) DR068-M1 Digitising Receiver combines a state of the art broadband frequency measurement receiver with a high dynamic range successive detection log video amplifier to realise a high probability of intercept receiver. Digital signal processing techniques are utitlised to derive pulse parameters which are packaged into a PDW and transferred via a low latency Gigabit Ethernet interface. The DR068-M1 enables new and existing systems to incorporate a wideband high POI pulse detection capability with minimal integrating effort.

The DR068-M1 offers the benefits of TDS’ field-proven proprietary frequency discriminator technology couple with DSP techniques to provide a high fidelity pulse detection and parameter measurement capability. A hardware realisation of an internet protocol link allows for high data rate, low latency PDW transfers over UDP. Operational parameters such as detection threshold are configured through the Ethernet or low rate serial (USB) links.

The DFD is packaged in an industry standard dual slot (8HP) width plug in format, suitable for most EW suit equipment racks.
